乳腺癌手术患者自我概念与生存质量的相关分析

Correlation of Self-concept and Quality of Life of Patients with Breast Cancer

目的探讨乳腺癌患者手术前后自我概念水平与生存质量相关性。方法采用已通过检验的癌症患者生命质量测定量表体系-乳腺癌量表和田纳西自我概念量表对乳腺癌切除术患者进行问卷调查和分析，统计学方法采用单因素相关分析。结果乳腺癌患者手术前后自我概念分值与生存质量分值成正相关（p〈0．05），自我概念缺失程度影响术后患者的生存质量。结论乳腺癌术后患者的自我概念与生存质量存在密切关系。相关程度主要是心理自我，其次是家庭自我、生理自我和社会自我。应加强对乳腺癌术后患者的护理干预，提高自我概念水平，提高术后生存质量。

Objective：To explore the correlation of self concept and quality of life among our hospital＇s female patients with breast cancer before and after surgery.Methods：we used the questionnaire in Tennessee self-concept scale and quality of life on breast cancer.Studying in patients with breast cancer. There are single variable correlation analysis with self concept and quality of life（before and after surgery）.Results ：The direct correlation exists between self concept scores and quality of life scores in breast cancer patients before and after surgery.The extent of lost of self concept influences patients＇quality of life after surgery.Conclnsions：There are close correlation between self concept and quality of life.Mainly related to the degree of psychological self,followed by the self-family,physical and social self.We should strengthen the care of breast cancer patients after intervention,and establish and improve family and community support systems to improve self concept level and then improve the quality of life.
