摘要
目的了解护士对糖尿病病人生化检查项目理解、临床意义、正常值、采血要求等的理解、掌握和执行情况。方法对204名护士关于糖尿病病人生化检查意义、正常值、采血要求的掌握及对检验结果追踪反馈情况进行问卷调查,并分析总结。结果100%的护士对掌握血糖生化知识的重要性持肯定回答,但①分别有20%、21%、27%、37%、38%的护士对空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、葡萄糖耐量、糖化血红蛋白及果糖胺检测的意义和重要性的认识、正常值缺乏了解;②18%的护士不能掌握血糖生化检验报告的正常范围;③47%的护士根本不关心患者的生化结果;④8%护士不能完全掌握采血要求;⑤12%护士采血前没有因血糖生化检查项目不同做好了相应的宣教工作;⑥7%的护士采血标本不达标;⑦职称高、学历高、护龄长的护士对血糖生化知识、采血要求及采血前宣教工作掌握情况好于职称、学历低护龄短者。结论应加强护士对糖尿病病人生化检查的认识,以便为糖尿病病人提供全面的系统的专科护理。
Objective: To investigate nurses'understanding,mastery and execution of the clinical significance, normal value and blood sampling requirements of diabetes biochemical test.Methods:Make an analysis on the feedback of a survey conducted among 204 nurses about their mastery over the significance,normal value and blood sampling of biabetes biochemical test and their tracing the test result.Result: 100% of the Objects of the survey approved the importance of mastering the knowledge of blood glucose biochemical tesi.However, ①20% of the surveyed nurses have little knowledge of the meaning and significance of fasting blood glucose test and its normal value:while 21% two-hour-after-meal blood glucose test,27% glucose tolerance test,37% glycosylated hemoglobin test and 38% fructosamine test.②18% of the nurses are not clear about the normal range of blood glucose test reports. ③47% of the surveyed nurses do not care about the result of the biochemical test at all. ④8% of the nurses fail to fit the requirements of blood sampling. ⑤12% of the nurses did not inform the patients of the difference between test items before blood sampling.⑥7% of the blood sample does not reach the standard.⑦hose nurses with higher professional title, higher education degree and longer working age have better mastery of blood glucose knowledge, blood sampling requirements and before-blood-sampling.propaganda.Conclusion:lt is of great importance to enhance nurses'understanding of diabetes biochemical test, so that it is possible to provide diabetes patients with more systematical and overall professional nursing care.
