临床护理人员对护理成本认知状况的调查分析

Investigation on the understandings to nursing cost among clinical nursing staffs.

目的了解目前护理人员护理成本理念认知状况。方法采用自行设计调查表对168名临床护理人员进行调查。结果中、高级职称护理人员对护理成本认知状况明显优于初级职称护理人员（P〈0．001），有54．76％的护理人员认为控制护理成本很有必要，有45．24％的护理人员认为控制护理成本没有必要。结论护理人员要更新护理服务理念，加强护理成本管理的学习，合理使用护理资源，减少护理资源浪费和不足共存的现象，以适应护理学科现代化的发展。

Objective To investigate the nursing cost idea of clinical nursing staffs, help them renew ideas, improve the service level, so as to alleviate burden of patients in maximum. Methods With the adoption of convenient sampling and self-made questionnaires, nurses who have worked in our hospital were selected as the subject for this study. Results The nursing cost idea of clinical nursing staffs was influenced by their nursing age and duty （P 〈0. 001 ） . Conclusion Nursing staffs should renew idea of nursing services, strengthen the study of management of nursing cost, use nursing resources reasonably, reduce the waste and shortage coexistence of nursing resources, so as to adapt the modern development of nursing subject.
