摘要
目的调查慢性前列腺炎患者焦虑抑郁状况并分析其相关的影响因素。方法采用SAS和SDS自评量表评价了48例慢性前列腺炎患者，并对影响因素进行统计学分析。结果慢性前列腺炎患者的焦虑抑郁状况高于国内常模，其发生与患者文化程度、人年均收入、对疾病的了解程度、病程、症状及社会支持有关，与年龄、婚姻状况无关。结论慢性前列腺炎患者存在较严重的焦虑抑郁情绪，应重视对慢性前列腺炎患者的心理干预。
Objective To investigate the anxious depression status and related factors in chronic prostatitis patients. Methods 48 chronic prostatitis patients were assessed with self - rating depression scale （ SDS）, self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and the related factors were carried on statistics analysis. Results The anxious depressive symptoms of chronic prostatitis patients were higher than Chinese norm. The incidence rate was correlated with the degree of education, yearly average income, the degree of disease understanding, course and serious symptoms, and was not correlated with the age and marital status. Conclusions The anxious depressive symptoms exist in chronic prostatitis patients. Psychological intervention should be made to chronic prostatitis patients.
