健康教育对美沙酮维持治疗依从性的影响 被引量:1

Effect of health education on therapy compliance of methadone maintenance treatment

摘要 目的研究健康教育对美沙酮维持治疗依从性的影响。方法将100例美沙酮维持治疗患者随机分为健康教育组及对照组,每组50例。根据人组时间、文化程度的不同,对健康教育组患者进行系统的健康教育;对照组仅在患者来门诊时告知患者一般的注意事项。采用自行设计的调查表,以问卷调查的方法,对比两组患者治疗的脱失率、复吸率、社会支持系统、对药物不良反应的认识、就业率、对艾滋病知识的了解等方面的指标。结果实施有效的健康教育后,健康教育组治疗的脱失率、复吸率较对照组低;健康教育组有社会支持系统人数、对药物不良反应的认识人数、就业人数较对照组高;健康教育组对艾滋病知识的了解评分平均分较对照组高,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论实施有效的健康教育是提高美沙酮维持治疗患者治疗依从性的重要手段之一。 Objective To study the effect of health education on therapy compliance of drug abusers accepting methadone maintenance treatment. Methods 100 drug abusers accepting methadone maintenance treatment were randomly divided into health education group ( n = 50) and control group ( n = 50) . The health education group was adopted systemic health education. And routine nuring was applied in control group. Unified questionnaire Surveys were conducted on the relapse, social support, employment, knowledge of untoward effect of pharmaceuticals and knowledge of HIV/AIDS. Results The rotes of drop off and relapse in health education group were lower than those in control group (P 〈 0. 05) . The numbers of drug abusers with social support, understanding untoward effect of pharmaceuticals and the employment rate in the health education group were higher than those in control group (P 〈 0. 05) . The knowledge of HIV/AIDS of education group was more than that of control group (P 〈 0. 05) . Conclusions It is impotent to health education for improving therapy compliance of drug abusers accepting methadone maintenance treatment.
