摘要
Objective： To evaluate the clinical significance of quantitative determination of serum lactic dehydrogenase （LDH） and beta 2-microgtobulin （β2-MG） in patients with non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma （NHL）. Methods： Date of the 65 patients from 2003 to 2004 were retrospectively analyzed, relationship between LDH and β2-MG activities and tumor phase, effect of treat- ment as well as prognosis were studied. Results： The levels of LDH and β2-MG in the advanced stage, B group and bone marrow involvement were obviously higher than their comparison counterpart and the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference between the high LDH group and normal LDH group in the two-year survival rate. But the difference in the four-year survival rate was significance. Conclusion： The level of LDH and β2-MG are valuable for clinical stage, prognosis and evaluation of therapeutic response in patients with NHL.
