摘要 采用三元二次旋转正交组合设计进行试验,观察了提取液、质量浓度、时间、温度和荷叶与溶剂质量之比等5个单因素对荷叶总黄酮提取率的影响,建立了提取工艺参数间的数学模型,得出表面活性剂助提荷叶黄酮的最佳工艺条件:浸提温度74.8~76.5℃、浸提时间38-43min、荷叶与溶剂质量之比1:25~1:28。 To obtain the main functional components from lotus leaves by surfactants. Effects of extraction solvent, the surfactant concentration, time, temperature and solid solvent ratio on extraction yields of polysaccharide from lotus leaves were determined individually. The quadratic regression rotational combination design with three factors was used to optimize the extract process and the extraction rate of flavonoids from lotus leaves was chosen as the evaluating index. After optimizing the combination of different factors by computer, the results showed that the optimum extraction parameters were as follows:temperature 74. 8-6.5 ℃ ,time 38-43 min and proportion of material and liquid 1 :25-1:28. In this research the interactive effects between different measures are also studied, which provide scientific basis for determining the content of flabonoids in lotus leaves.
