摘要
通过正交试验,研究了厌氧干发酵处理畜禽粪便过程中,发酵温度、发酵原料的C/N比值和操作方法(有无搅拌)3个因素的改变对发酵前后物料的全氮绝对损失率和沼气总产量的影响,分析了厌氧干发酵处理畜禽粪便过程中速效氮、pH和总固体含量的变化,得到了厌氧干发酵处理的优化工艺条件:发酵温度为55℃,C/N为12.5,有搅拌。
An orthogonal experiment was carried out on the effects of the fermentation temperature, the material's C/N value,the agitation to the material's all nitrogen loss and the biogas amount. The changes of rapidly available nitrogen,pH and total solid wrer analysed. The optimal processing parameters which obtained according to the analysis of the data are as follows, the fermentation temperature is 55 ℃ ,C/N is 12. 5,stirring.
