摘要
利用小波变换的奇异性检测原理,准确检测和定位故障行波波头的到来,进而构造了基于小波变换模之和的奇异性检测启动元件,并给出实用元件算法。ATP仿真和实测故障暂态数据验证表明,该启动元件满足故障启动的要求——故障时可靠不拒动,无故障时可靠不误动,可用于行波保护或暂态量保护的故障检测与启动。
Coming of fault traveling-wave is detected and located accurately using principle of wavelet singularity detection, singularity detection starting element based on wavelet transform modulus sum is constructed, and practical element algorithm is given. ATP simulation and authentication on measured transient faulted data show that the starting element meets the requirement of fault starting not resist action when fault and not action when no fault, it is suitable for the fault detection and starting on traveling-wave protection or transient-based protection.
