摘要
在自适应重合闸方案的基础上,准三相运行方案能在跨线永久故障情况下,最大限度地维系两侧系统的联系。提出了利用横联光纤通道交换两回线的保护信息,线路保护装置能够实现双回线路的准三相运行。通过交换同步后的模拟量数据,把两回线健全的准三相做为一个整体配置一套保护,能够实现准三相运行方式下保护的完整性,并提出了适应准三相运行方式的三相不一致保护的新方案。
On the basis of adaptive reclosing plan, quasi-three-phase running plan can hold the relation of the two sides system farthest at the status of cross-line permanent fault. This paper uses transverse optical fiber channel commute information of double circuit lines, so the protection device can realize quasi-three-phase running of double circuit lines. After quasi-three-phase running , the protection device protects quasi-three-phase through commute synchronized sample data of double circuit lines, can realize integrality of protection. A new method of three-phase inconsistent protection for quasi-three-phase running is proposed as well.
