摘要
电力系统规模的不断扩大和电力市场改革的进一步推进,给电力系统的安全稳定运行构成了威胁,因此对电力系统进行暂态稳定评估,了解系统真实的运行状况,具有重要的现实意义。以动态安全域为分析手段,提出了基于概率不安全指标的暂态风险评估模型,兼顾了电力系统运行的安全性和经济性,将系统的运行状况量化为一个经济指标。IEEE 4机11节点系统算例说明了该模型的有效性。
The expanding of power system and the power marketing reformation are both threatening the security of the power system. Thus, it is of practical significance to make a transient stability assessment of the power system. A new transient risk assessment model based on dynamic security region (DSR) is presented in this paper, which can balance security and economy and convert the operating condition into an economic index. The result of IEEE 4-generator 10-bus test system shows the validity of the model.
