摘要
建设数字化医院的重要标志之一就是实现以视频会议为依托的远程会诊系统,基于IP组播的分布式多媒体视频会议可以有效利用现有和借助上级医院医疗资源,改善边远支队级单位医疗质量;从设计思路、方案实现、运行分析、成本控制四方面阐述了该系统在建设中需要注意的关键问题。
The realization of teleconsultation based on the video conferencing is one of the important symbols of building up a digital hospital. The distributive multimedia video conferencing originated from IP multicast can make full use of the previous medical resources or get them from the superior＇ s hospital, improve the medical quality of remote troops, analysis the key problems occurred during the system construction, and finally give the solution to them.
