摘要
介绍了阜外心血管病医院信息中心针对自身IT运维过程中一些问题,结合ITIL的理念,采用的方法及经验,并针对ITIL实施过程中的相关问题进行了简要的分析和探讨。
This article introduces some problems occurred in Fuwai hospital information center＇ s IT operation. Using method and experience combined with ITIL philosophy, the hospital carries through a brief analysis and discussion of relevant problems in implementation of ITIL.
