美国研究型大学教育学院人才培养模式探析——以哈佛、斯坦福大学为例 被引量:15

An analysis on the talents cultivating model of the school of education in American academic universities——Taking Harvard and Stanford University as examples

摘要 美国研究型大学教育人才一般定位于本科后层次,有区别地培养界限清晰的教育学术性人才与应用性人才,并大力开展在职培训,促进各级各类学校管理者和教师的专业成长,哈佛大学和斯坦福大学的教育学院在这些方面颇具代表性。其人才培养模式对我国研究型大学教育人才的培养具有一定的借鉴意义。 The research universities in the U. S. usually start cultivating talents in the educational field at the post-graduate level. They adopt different approaches to train educational academic talents and professional ones, who are distinct from each other. Meanwhile, they make vigorous efforts on in-service training to improve the professional development of school administrators and teachers. The school of education of Harvard and Stanford are representative, and its talents cultivating model can provide some helpful inspiration for the educational talents cultivation in the research universities in China.
