摘要
本文给出了一个实用的衍射式颗粒测量装置的复散射修正算法。当被测颗粒群不透光度较高时,通过对颗粒群进行分层,把复散射修正问题转化为散射光强角分布的多次卷积问题,结合Fourier变换,解出单层颗粒群的散射谱分布,从而实现对复散射的修正。
The article present a practice amend algorithm to cut down the effects of multiscattering for particle sizer based on monoscattering. When the obscure of particles in measuring volume is high,one can layer the measuring volume and so that the problem is changed to deal with the solving of convolution. By means of DFT,the angle distribution of light scattering intensityby single layer can be obtained.
