摘要 目的探讨氧化还原因子(Ref-1)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达与预后之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学Envison法检测Ref-1蛋白在88例NSCLC和20例正常肺组织中的表达,并与临床及病理特征进行比较分析。结果Ref-1在NSCLC组织中阳性表达率为68%,而在正常肺组织为5%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Ref-1蛋白表达与性别、年龄、吸烟、肿瘤病理类型等临床参数无关(P>0.05),而与分化、淋巴结转移、临床分期明显相关(P<0.05)。结论Ref-1蛋白在肺癌组织中表达上调,提示其对NSCLC的发生发展起重要作用,肺癌组织中Ref-1过表达提示患者预后不良。 Objective To evaluate the prognostic value of Ref-1 in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Expression of Ref-1 protein was accessed by immunohistochemical staining in 88 non-small cell lung cancer tissues and 30 normal lung tissues, and the results were compared with relevant clinical and pathologic data. Results The positive rate of Ref-1 protein was 68% in NSCLC tissues, which was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissues (P(0.01). The protein expression level of Ref-1 was related to cell differentiation, lymph node involvement and TNM stages (P〈0.05), but not to age, gender, smoking of the patients and the pathological types (P〉0.05). Conclusion The up-regulation expression of Ref-1 protein in NSCLC suggested that Ref-1 may play a role in the pathway of carcinogenesis. Moreover, it may bring bad effect to NSCLC patients' prognosis.
