烟熏诱导大鼠肺气肿模型实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察烟熏复制大鼠肺气肿模型的可靠性。方法Wistar大鼠20只随机分为两组,健康对照组(A)和模型组(B),每组各10只。模型组采用烟熏的方法复制实验性肺气肿模型,12周后观察各组大鼠的血气、肺组织的病理学变化,免疫组织化学法观察增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达情况。结果模型组和对照组血气比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组大鼠单位面积平均肺泡数组明显高于模型组(P<0.05),对照组平均肺泡面积明显低于模型组(P<0.05);PCNA指数对照组为23±5,模型组为54±7,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论烟熏可以诱发大鼠肺气肿模型。 Objective To observe the reliability of smog in inducing experimental emphysema in rats. Methods Twenty Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups, the normal group (A), the model group (B), len rats in each group. Experimental emphysema model were made by smog. After 12 weeks, artery blood gas, pathological changes of the lungs were observed. The proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) was examined by immunohistochemieal method. Results There were no significant differences in artery blood gas between two groups (P〉0.05). Compared with rats of group A, there were significant differences in rats of group B. The MNa of group A was significantly more than that in the group B (P〈0.05). The MAA of group B was significantly bigger than that in the group A(P〈0.05). Compared with rats of group A, the PCNA index staining in cats of group B (23±5 vs 54±7) was increased (P〈0.05). Conclusion Smog can induce experimental emphysema in rats reliably.
