长效喷涂杀虫剂对蚊蝇和蟑螂的灭效观察

OBSERVATIONS ON THE CIDAL EFFECTS OF LONG ACTING SPRAYING-PAINTING INSECTICIDE ON MOSQUITOES, FLIES AND COCKROACHES

将缓释和滞留喷洒技术相结合,研制成“长效喷涂杀虫剂”。试验表明对蚊蝇和蟑螂具有很强的击倒作用和杀灭能力。在3种建筑材料表面喷洒120天后,对蚊蝇和蟑螂的KT50分别为12.7、19.2和60.4min,24h死亡率均达100％。实验小屋使用84天后,还能阻止大量蚊虫侵入室内吸血,杀死51.7～99.1％侵入室内的蚊虫和50.7～95.8％外逸的蚊虫。现场使用120～180天后,蚊蝇和蟑螂密度分别下降96.9％、81.6％和100％。产品性能稳定,对人、畜安全,使用简便、省时、不污染任何表面。

By combining slow releasing and residual spray techniques a'long-acting spraying-painting insecticide' with strong action of knocking down and killing on mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches was developed in our institute. After it was sprayed on the surfaces of three kinds of building materials for 120 days, the KT_(50) (half time of knock down) were 12.7, 19.2 and 60.4 minutes for mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches respectively, and the mortalilies of 24 hours were all 100 percent. At the eighty fourth day after it was used in the experimental small house, it not only prevented a great quantity of mosquitoes and other insects from intruding into the room and killed about 51.7-99.1 percent of mosquitoes and other insects which intruded into the experimental house, but also killed about 50.7-95.8 percent of mosquitoes and other insects which flied out from the house, in field experiment around 120-180 day, the densities of mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches descended about 96.9, 81.6 and 100 percent respectively.
