大豆磷脂升高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇机理的探讨 被引量:7

摘要 本实验观察了SPL对大鼠血清HDL-C的影响并研究了其升高的机理。结果表明SPL升高HDL-C和HDL_2-C的同时,既能使LPL和LCAT活性增强,又能使HEL活性减弱。所以SPL升高HDL-C的机理可能是通过激活LPL、LCAT活性,促进HDL的合成与成熟;同时抑制了HEL活性,而使HDL分解代谢减弱。 The aim of the present experiment was to observe the effect of soybean phospholipids (SPL) on the serum HDL-C, HDL2-C, and to ascertain the mechanism of increasing HDL-C after feeding rats on a high fat, high cholesterol diet. The results showed that SPL could significantly increase the level of HDL-C and HDL2-C,and the activities of LPL and LCAT. However, the activity of HEL was depressed. These results suggested that the mechanism of SPL to increase the HDL-C was probably via increasing the activities of LPL and LCAT to enhance the synthetic metabolism of HDL and via depressing the activity of HEL to inhibit HDL lipolysis.
