应用BA-ELISA法对肠道IgA动态的观察

摘要 本文以BA-ELISA法检测家兔免疫后肠道特异性IgA的变化,进一步肯定了此法的特异性和敏感性。家兔的IgA消长与免疫剂量和次数有关而且升降速度较快,免疫后IgA产生和出现时间为24h,维持时间二周内,有效的佐剂可提高IgA近倍量。本文还对肠道IgA的分布、肠段不同处理对IgA产生的影响等做了观察。 The dynamics of the specific IgA against Shigella (F_(2a) 51573) in feces and enteric tissue of immunized rabbits was detected using micro BA-ELISA and was compared with the adherence test. The results showed that this method is sensitive and specific and is identical with the bacterial adherence test. The quantity of the specific IgA is related to the dosage of the antigen immunized. The CMT of the specific IgA in the feces may be increased when the effective immunoadjuvant was used. The specific IgA could be detected 24 hours after immunization. Distribution and duration of the specific IgA were observed.
