摘要
本项调查于1986年7~10月在武汉进行。所分离的类志贺邻单胞菌(Ps)与气单胞菌(A spp)的生物学特征及DNAG+C Mol%(分别为53.0~53.6与59.2~59.8)与文献相符。同参考株DNA杂交率达89.8~98.4%。腹泻患者与健康者的Ps分离率(8.9%与2.4%)与志贺氏菌属相似(9.4%与2.4%)。两组Ps菌株的生化特性一致。两组的A spp分离率高于沙门氏菌属(4.9%与2.0%对2.0%与1.5%),以温和气单胞菌(A Sobria)为主,有的菌株具有肠致病性指征(赖氨酸和溶血试验阳性)。作者认为Ps与Aspp在腹泻病中的相对重要性与健康携带者的流行病学意义均应予注意。
This survey was carried out in Wuhan city during July~October, 1986. The biological features of the strains of Plesiomonas shigelloides (Ps)and Aeromonas spp (A spp) isolated in this survey arid their DNA G+C Mol% (53.0~53.6 and 59.2~59.8 respectively) were coincident with the documents. The rates of DNA-DNA hybridization with corresponding reference strains were 89.8~98.4%. The isolation rates of ps in the patients and healthy individuals were 8.9% and 2.4% respectively and were similar to that of Shigella (9.4 and 2.4%). Biochemical characteristics of Ps strains isolated from the two groups were identical. The isolation rates of A spp in the two groups were higher than that of Salmonella (4.9% & 2.0% vs. 2.0% & 1.5%). The A spp strains mainly belonged to species A.sobria and some of them showed the signs of enteropathogenicity (lysine decarhoxylase and hemolysis tests were positive). It suggests that the relative importance of Ps and A spp in diarrheal disease and the epidemiological significance of Ps and A spp carriers should be paid attention to.
