摘要
阐述了安全恢复评价曲线(SRAC)的原理与构造方法,将SRAC应用于地下管网震后安全恢复评价,并结合聚类分析给出了SRAC评价应用算例。应用结果表明,该曲线很好地解决了管网震后恢复评价过程中多指标评价带来的指标选取的主观性、以及由此导致的评价结果的偏差等问题,有效地提高了评价的精度和效率。
The principle and processes of the safety restoration appraisement curve (SRAC) were introduced, and SRAC was used for safety restoration appraisement of buried network. One example was tested combined with cluster analysis. The result indicated that subjectivity during index section of multi-index evaluation and deviation resulted from this were solved with the curve, and the precision and efficiency were improved significantly.
