The Current Situation and the Further Developmentof Mobile Telephone System in Shanghai

上海作为中国特大城市之一，移动电话的发展十分迅速。本文回顾了上海公众移动电话网的历史和网络现状，阐述了“九五”计划提出的发展移动电话的“优化模拟，发展数字，开发新频，五网并举”的战略方针，并就今后的技术发展方向、频率分配、模拟网向数字网的过渡方案等问题进行了探讨。本文也讨论了发展移动电话中遇到的无线网络规划、交换网络的组织等难点问题及解决方法。

s a great metropolis of China,Shanghai has witnessed the quick development of its mobile telephone system in the recent several years. This article first reviews the history of the mobile telephone systems in Shanghai and describes their current situation. Then the article explains the mobile telephone develop strategy for the 9th 5 Years Plan which says,' optimize the analog system,develop the digital system,exploit the new band,codevelop the 5 networks”,and issues like the technical development tendency,spectrum allocation,the way of transition from analog system to digital system as well. This article concerns several difficult problems met during the building of the mobile telephone systems such as radio network planning,structure of switching network,together with the solution of them.
