摘要
本文从邮电二村智能化小区项目的实际建设经验出发，深入浅出地阐述智能化小区的概念，建设智能化小区的目的，以及在智能化小区建设过程中采用技术的先进性和实用性之间的平衡。文章的最后对智能化小区的发展前景及推广进行了一些分析。
