水质卫生细菌学检验箱的研究

THE STUDY ON THE PORTABLE TEST KIT FOR BACTERIA IN WATER

根据部队需要研制了水质细菌学检验箱,该箱由检验箱和携带式培养箱两部分组成,适用于实验室或野外条件下进行水中细菌总数、大肠菌群和肠道致病菌——志贺氏菌属与沙门氏菌属的检验。检验箱包括水质卫生细菌学检查所必需的培养基和器材,结构紧凑,使用方便。培养箱为一小型手提式直、交流电两用恒温箱,保温性能稳定,可满足部队在多种条件下水质细菌学检查的需要。

This study was to design a simple, portable bacteriological test kit for water quality monitoring. The kit consists of a portable incubator and all basic apparatus needed for water bacteria analysis. The incubator can be operated from either A.C. or D.C. sources of power. The bacteria which can be determined by the test kit are: total bacteria, total coilforms and some entero-pathogenic organisms.The results indicated that the kit had the advantages of portability,simplicity, good accuracy and convenience in use. It was suitable for use in army basic unit or field.
