摘要
本文目的为利用紫外线杀菌原理研制消毒式风机盘管,并报告其杀菌效果及影响因素。实验室结果表明在温度为25~27℃,相对湿度为65~70%时,开机15min可杀灭空气中枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞99.9%,开机6min可杀灭空气中白色葡萄球菌99.9%。现场试验证明,开机30min可使室内空气中浮游菌下降到50个/m^3以下。若提供冷(热)水源,可调节室内温度,温度升高,其杀菌效果将增加。
The germicidal efficacy.and the related influencing factors were studied in an ultraviolet purification air conditioner. The results in laboratory experiments showed that 99.9% of S. albus in air can be killed within 6min and 99.9% spores of Bacillus Subtilis Var. niger in air at 25℃ and RH 65-70% can be killed within 15 rain. The germicidal efficacy was increased with rising temperature. The results in field experiments demonstrated that the bacteria in air might descend to 50/m^3 if the device was operated for 30 rain. This device not only may kill microoraganisms in air but also may regulate the room temperature. It is a new air disinfector.
