摘要
观察了菜用大黄移栽后,开花对植株形态特性的影响.结果显示,开花使植株来年春季根茎不定芽平均数增加了8.5倍,叶片数增加5倍.开花也使植株当年不定芽数和叶片数比开花前和未开花植株分别增加4倍和3倍.另外,开花对植株生长有明显的抑制作用,单株花枝数量与植株叶冠直径呈显著负相关关系.
Investigation on effect of flowering on plant growth of culinary rhubarb was conducted using tissue cultured plants. Results showed that flowered plants has increased the numbers of adventitious buds to 8.5 times and leaves to 5 times during next spring. It also demonstrated that adventitious buds and leaves increased to 4 times and 3times in the year of growth compared with those plants of before-flowering and non-flowered. Additionally, the number of flower shoots in a plant negatively correlated to the plant foliar coverage.
