高校毕业生面向基层就业的现状分析和机制构建

University graduates’employment facing the basic units: analysis and long-term mechanism

当前,引导和鼓励高校毕业生面向基层就业已成为现阶段就业工作的重中之重。这是一项伟大的工程,必须引起全社会的高度重视。但是,到基层就业的毕业生还远未达到我们理想的预期。本文通过分析目前高校毕业生就业形势和基层就业现状,探讨毕业生面向基层工作存在的问题,并对构建科学合理的长效工作机制进行了初步探析。

At present, the most important task in this period of employment is guiding and encouraging the university graduates to work at the grassroots level. This is a great project, and we must attach great importance to the whole society. But, the graduates who work at the grassroots level are far from our ideal expectation. In this paper, we deeply discuss the problems which exist in the grassroots-oriented employment of college graduates and also tentatively explore the establishment of the reasonable and scientific long-term working mechanism.
