摘要
目的了解阿立哌唑治疗女性精神分裂症患者的疗效和不良反应。方法对30例服用阿立哌唑治疗的女性分裂症患者的临床资料进行统计分析,采用BPRS量表、TESS量表和血液检测等评价其疗效和不良反应。结果阿立哌唑治疗女性分裂症前后BPRS总分及各因子分皆明显下降,因子2至因子5治疗前后差异皆有显著统计学意义;对体重影响小,对泌乳素影响小。结论阿立哌唑对女性精神分裂症疗效肯定,对内分泌和体重影响小。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and the adverse effects of Aripiprazole in the treatment of female patients with schizophrenia. Methods Analyzing the clinical materical of 30 female patients with schizophrenia treated with Aripiprazole by BPRS and TESS and the results of blood check. Results The total score and the gene score of BPRS reduced significantly after the treatment. Gene score 2 -5 varied significantly. Aripiprazole has little effects on weight and PRL. Conclusion Aripiprazole is effective for female patients with schizophrenia, the effects on endocrine and weight are small.
