摘要
目的探讨高位结扎及分段切断结扎术治疗原发性下肢静脉曲张的临床价值,以总结手术经验。方法回顾性分析1995年10月至2005年10月间,采用高位结扎及分段切断结扎术治疗156例(176条肢体)的手术临床资料及后续治疗情况。结果156例术后痊愈,随访147例(90.4%),3个月以上临床症状消失,无术后并发症。结论该术式适用于原发性下肢静脉曲张病例,术式简单且安全有效,尤其对年高体弱并存多重疾病,手术耐受力极差及麻醉风险较大者。
Objective To investigate the clinical value and effect of high and divided region excision and ligation for primary varicose veins of lower extremity, so as to conclude surgical experience. Methods 156 patients ( 176 limbs) with primary varicose veins of lower extremity from 1995.10 -2005.10 who were treated by high and divided region excision and ligation selected as the objects of this study. A retrospective analysis was done on the operation adta and postoperative therapies. Results 156 cases were fully recover from the disease after the operation, and 141cases (90.4%) were followed up. a mean interval of, in three weeks The clinical symptom disappeared in more than 3 months, and there were no any postoperative complications. Conclusion The operation adapt to all eases of primary varicose veins of lower extremity. The procedure is a simple, safe and effective, especially for the patients who are elder in poor health with weak enduration, and exist at the severe risk of anaesthesia.
