基于简单铜盐催化氮宾反应的意外产物的合成

摘要 目的合成一系列乙撑亚胺类具有生物活性的化合物。方法微波辅助氮宾烷化反应。结果意外得到系列缩短了碳链的化合物。结论所用方法能缩短反应时间,并可得到缩短碳链的产物。 OBJECTIVE To synthesize a series of ethylene imine type of biologically active compounds. METHODS Reaction of nitrene was synthesized by Microwave - assisted. RESULTS A series of compounds with the carbon chain reduced were synthesized. CONCLUSION The method can not only simplify the reaction process, but also get the compounds of which the carbon chain were reduced.
