HPLC测定复方曼陀罗药水中的硫酸阿托品

Determination of atropine sulfate in Compound Mantuoluo medical solution by HPLC

目的采用HPLC法测定复方曼陀罗药水中硫酸阿托品的含量方法。方法色谱柱为C18柱，流动相为乙腈-0．4％磷酸（三乙胺调pH5．7）（15：85），检测波长为257nm。结果线性范围为2～20ug·ml^-1（r=0．9999），平均回收率为89．2％，RSO=1．25％。结论新建方法简便、准确、易行。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine atropine sulfate in Compound Mantuoluo medical solution. METHODS An HPLC method was adopted. A Cms column was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile - 0.4 phosphoric acid（ adjusted pH to 5.7 with triethylamine） （ 15 ： 85 ） at detection wavelength of 257 nm. RESULTS The linear range was 2 - 20 ug·ml^- 1 （ r = 0.9999 ）. The average recovery was 89.2% with RSD of 1.25%. CONCLUSION This method was simple, accurate and feasible.
