摘要
主要分析了NAND与NOR型flash的区别,以及JFFS2文件系统与YAFFS文件系统的区别。针对嵌入式系统对文件系统可靠性以及访问速度的要求,介绍NAND与YAFFS的优势。并且详细描述了在Linux软件环境下使用NAND型flash与YAFFS文件系统的方法。
In this paper, The NAND and NOR flash are compared to indicate which is more suitable for embedded storage system. Also compare the JFFS2 and YAFFS file systems. As a conclusion, the NAND and YAFFS file system are more suitable for embedded system. The method of using NAND flash and YAFFS file system in Linux is described in detail.
