摘要
在睾丸中,Sertoli's细胞等细胞表达胶质细胞源神经营养因子(Glial cell line-derivedneuotrophic factor,GDNF),通过旁分泌或自分泌方式作用于生精细胞和Sertoli's细胞等,调节精原干细胞(Spermatogonial stem cells,SSCs)的自我更新和分化,并促进Sertoli's细胞的增殖以及血睾屏障的形成等。
In the testis, glial cell line--derived neuotrophic factor (GDNF) produced by Sertoli cells and other types of cells was reported recently to act on spermatogenic cells and Sertoli cells via the way of autocrine and paracrine, regulate the process of self--renewal and differentiation of spermatogonial stem ceils (SSCs), and promote the prolifelation of Sertoli cells and the formation of blood--testis--barrier.
