摘要
以LiOH.H2O、NH4VO3和TiO2为原料,采用微波烧结方法合成了掺杂纳米TiO2的Li1+xMxV3O8材料。研究了掺杂量对电化学性能的影响。充放电实验、XRD、FTIR、荧光测试等现代手段被用于研究掺杂对样品充放电性能的改善作用。结果表明,当TiO2的掺杂量为0.1 mol时,Li1+xMxV3O8材料的电化学性能得到最佳改善。荧光测试表明,掺杂样品和未掺杂样品均具有发光性能。
Li1+xMxV3O8 were synthesized by microwave sintering to use LiOH · H2O, NH4VO3, nano--TiO2 as sources. In this paper, the effects of doping amount into Li1+xMxV3O8 on its electro--chemical properties were studied . The results show that when the Ti doped amount is 0. 1 mol, Li1+xMxV3O8 cathode material has the best performance than Li1+xMxV3O8 itself. Flourence reveals that all samples have luminescence performance.
