摘要
介绍了以虚拟仪器为基础的测试系统在汽车踏板测试与分析中的应用。通过3个测力传感器和4个位移传感器搭建2个相互垂直的十字平台,使汽车踏板受到平面、垂直两个方向的力的作用。该系统能够实时显示踏板各性能曲线,自动判断产品是否合格,在对一汽马自达6型轿车刹车踏板和油门踏板各种性能进行测试中得到很好的效果。
The paper introduced the detecting system based on the virtual instrument applied on the detecting and analyzing of automobile step. The cross platform was reciprocally built with three power sensors and four displacement sensors, which made automobile step operated by power in horizontal direction and vertical direction. The system is able to display detecting data at real - time and automatically judge whether the step is eligible or not. In the detecting of brake step and gun step of Mazda 6 made in China FWA, the effect is very good.
