摘要 该汽车行驶状态记录仪采用μPSD3354单片机作为控制器,采用MAX6902作为实时时钟,采用MC33993作为开关检测芯片,采用铁电存储器(FRAM)与大容量串行Flash存储器AT45DB081B并用的方式作为存储介质,可对汽车行驶状态进行实时监测和记录,并具备超时驾驶(或疲劳)和超速语音报警等功能。记录数据可通过标准的USB接口或RS-232串行口上传到上位机,以进行日常管理和事故诊断。实际使用表明该仪器性能稳定,效果良好。 The main function, software and hardware of a muhifunction automobile running state recorder based on μPSD3354 single chip was presented. As part of the recorder, μPSD3354 was used as controller, MAX6902 as real-time clock, MC33993 as switch testing chip, and a combo of FRAM and AT45DB081B which was a large capacity of flash memory as storage media. With this recorder, running state of automobile can be monitored and recorded and overtime driving, driver's fatigue and overspeed can induce alert. Recorded data could be transferred to computer via such standard interface as USB and RS-232 and with these data routine management and accident diagnosis can be done. The practice proved the device has steady performance and good effect.
