针对卧式冷室压铸机自动化水平低、劳动生产率低的现状,采用AWS-8124TP型工控机作为上位机,以FX系列PLC作为下位机,设计开发了压铸机计算机控制系统。详细介绍了系统结构、配置、功能,并设计了相应的操作监控界面。实际应用表明:该计算机控制系统运行平稳、安全可靠,极大地改善了压铸机的操作条件和设备维护,提高了压铸机的生产效率,取得了明显的应用效果。

According to the current situation of the horizontal cold room die casting machine with low automation and low labor productivity, using the IPC of AWS-8124TP as upper machine, PLC of FX series as lower place machine, the die casting machine computer control system was designed and developed. The system structure, configuration and features were introduced. And the monitoring operation interface was designed. Practical applications show that the computer control system is stable, secure and reliable. It improves the die casting machine operating condition and equipment maintenance, increased the production efficiency of die casting machine, and achieved the obvious application effect.
