摘要
详细介绍了基于ARM9和模糊神经网络开发的微生物发酵控制系统。软件设计中移植了Linux操作系统,采用多任务程序设计方法,大大降低了编写程序的复杂度。针对微生物发酵过程中的时变性、非线性、延时性、随机性等特点,提出采用模糊神经网络的控制算法来实现对系统的精确控制。在一定程度上解决了传统控制方法不易得到精确数学模型,难于对控制系统进行有效控制的不足。实践表明:系统设计可靠,具有较强的鲁棒性,能够达到预期的控制效果。
This paper introduced intelligent control system of biology Fermentation based on ARM9 and FNN control method. In the design of software, porting of operation system of Linux and adopting multitask method reduces the complexity of programming. In allusion to time-varying, nonlinearity, time-lag and random of the biology Fermentation control process, fuzzy logical control technology was used to control the system. To a certain extent, it has resolved the deficiency of the traditional control system that hardly finds the mathematical model and made effective control. The practice proves that the system has good control per-formance, high accuracy and good robust, and can achieve good efficiency of control.
