摘要
为了消除超声回波的起伏误差,提高超声测距的准确度。在分析了超声测距系统的信号放大相移误差和幅度起伏误差的基础上,提出了采用固定放大器的闭环增益和回波峰值校准技术消除了信号放大的相移误差和幅度起伏误差的方法,并采用数字电位器实现系统的自动增益控制,改善了回波信号的质量。结果表明:该方法提高了系统测距的稳定性和准确度。
In order to remove error of amplitude undulation of ultrasonic echo, and improve accuracy of ultrasonic distance measurement, this paper analyzed the errors of signal phase shift and amplitude undulation in ultrasonic distance system, proposed the method of removing the errors of signal phase shift and amplitude undulation using the technology of fitting closed loop gain of amplifier and echo peak value calibration. And the gain of system was controlled by digital potentiometer to improve echo signal quality. The results show that stability and accuracy of system are improved.
