摘要 综合分析发动机冷却系现状和汽车电子技术发展趋势,以模糊控制理论为基础,以LabVIEW 7.1为软件开发平台,结合工控机、数据采集卡和传感器等硬件构建试验台。测试中,试验台实时检测参数值,并动态显示参数变化过程,测控软件根据控制规则和参数值控制冷却功能执行机构的工作状态。试验表明:试验台具有模拟发动机实际工况并完成对各部件的工作效能进行检测的功能,可以作为发动机智能控制冷却系研发的性能测试平台。 This paper comprehensively analyzed the status of engine cooling system and development trend of automotive electronic technology. Took fuzzy control theory as elements, used LabVIEW7.1 as software development platform, combined with industrial computer, data acquisition cards, sensor and some other hardwares developed test-bed. Test-bed real-time detected parameters and dynamic showed that changes process of parameters, monitoring and control software controlled the cool implementation machine features under the control rules and parameters. Test results show that the test-bed meet the actual of simulation engine fact work conditions and completed the purpose of detect the work performance of parts, it can be used as the performance testing platform for engine which have intelligent control cooling system .
