取10个下頜骨,沿正中线分为两半,每半分割成12个片断,用以观察骨的内部构筑。先用游标卡尺测定各截面的高度、宽度,以及颊侧、舌侧和下缘骨密质的厚度。拍照(?)再用图像分析仪求得各截面的面积和骨密质在各截面中所占的百分比。在手术显微镜、光镜和扫描电镜下,观察哈氏系统和骨小梁的配布。本文还探讨了下颌骨内部构筑及其与功能和应力的关系。

The internal structure of the human mandible was studied on cross sections of 10 specimens. Each half of the mandible was sawed up into 12 segments. The height, width and thickness of the compact substance of the buccal, lingual and inferior bony plates were measured with vernier calipers. After photographs have been taken, the area of each section and the area occupied by the compact substance of the same section were obtained by an image analysis instrument. The arrangemen t of the trabeculae and that of the Haversian system were observed under surgical, light, and scanning electron microscopes. Finally, the correlation between the internal structure and its function, and the clinical significance in fracture of mandible were discussed.
