介绍数字化会议电视的基本概念，并阐述了会议电视的终端设备，尤其详细地叙述了编解码器及数字图象压缩与解压的方法和压缩编码。
This paper introduces the basic concept and terminal equipment of conference television.Codec and the method of compression and decompression of digital video are described in detail.
