钼含量对Ti(C,N)-Co金属陶瓷抗热震性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用真空烧结工艺,以纳米TiN、亚微米TiC等陶瓷粉体作原材料,以金属钴作粘结剂,并添加不同含量钼,制备了Ti(C,N)-Co金属陶瓷。采用扫描电镜研究了Ti(C,N)-Co金属陶瓷的组织,测量了力学性能,采用压痕-急冷法研究了抗热震性能。结果表明,随着热震温度的升高和热循环次数的增加,金属陶瓷中的裂纹增长;钼含量较低的Ti(C,N)-Co金属陶瓷抗热震性能较好。 By using vacuum sintering process, taking nano-TiN and submicron TiC powders as raw material and cobalt as binder and adding different amount of molybdenum, Ti ( C, N) -Co cermets were prepared. The microstructures were investigated by SEM, the mechanical properties were measured and the thermal shock resistance was test- ed by an indentation-quench method for the Ti ( C, N) -Co cermets. The results show that the length of micro-racks in Ti (C, N)-Co cermet will extend with the increase of both thermal shock temperature and thermal cycle number. In addition, the cermet with less molybdenum content will provide a better thermal shock resistance than that with higher molybdenum content.
