公选面试巧用“印象管理”策略 被引量:1

摘要 公开选拔党政机关领导干部是近年来我国深化干部人事制度改革、建设高素质干部人才队伍的重要举措,在全国各地得到了深入、广泛的开展。在公选考试中经常可以看到这样的局面:有的参选者虽然基础较扎实,笔试成绩也遥遥领先,但由于面试准备不足,答辩中出现重大失误,以致痛失良机,名落孙山。造成这种局面的原因是多方面的,参选者重笔试、轻面试,答辩准备不充分,技巧性不强,
