目前,学术界对社区工作者队伍建设涉及的问题进行了全面的探讨,主要包括社区工作者概念的界定、基本素质与专业能力、建设中存在的问题以及对策等。但研究仍有不足之处,需要进一步深入。

The academia discussed many problems of the team construction of the community social workers in the last years. Basically include： its definition, essential quality and professional competency, the problems and the corresponding tactics to solve the problems. There are still some issues to be explored further.
