摘要
对双弯曲型直线与旋转超声波马达振子的振动状态进行了解析计算,与有限元法计算的结果作了比较,从理论上说明了将拨齿与基板分割计算进行设计是合理的。给出了铰支结构压电振子直线马达的试验结果。
Vibrational modes of vibrator are calculated analytically to straightline and rotary of two bendings ultrasonic motors.The results are compared with ones from finite element analysis.In this paper,the calculation and design for which projections are separated from basic plate is reasonable in theory.The test results of straight motors which has piezoelectric vibrator with hinge supported structure are given.
