摘要
对弯曲振动换能器进行更系统的研究。由弯曲振动的特性出发,建立并分析压电陶瓷的弯曲振动方程及其解,在计及压电效应和压电片厚度的影响下,以Timoshenko理论为基础,推导出较精确的换能器设计频率方程。实验表明,理论设计和实验符合较好,能满足精度较高的设计要求。
In this paper the sandwiched piezoelectric ceramic flexural transducer is studied systematically.Based on characteristics of flexural vibration,the flexural vibration equation and its solution are analyzed.Considering the piezoelectric effect and ceramic length,according to Timoshenko theory a more accurate frequency equation is derived.It is shown that the experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical conclusion.
