摘要
研制了一种圆筒型非接触超声波马达,其定子圆筒和转子间设置了间隙。文中给出马达的结构及激振方法,并测试了样机的输出性能。实验表明,马达转子的转动方向与接触型马达转子转动方向相反,输出转速与输入电压具有线性关系。
In this paper,a type of noncontact ultrasonic motor using cylindrical stator is researched,which has a small gap between stator and rotor.The construction and simulating method are given,and its output characteristics are tested.The revolution direction of the rotor is opposite to that of contact motor,and the revolution speed is roughly proportional to the input voltage.
