摘要 应用多元醇还原法制备了微米级铁粉、钴粉和铁钴合金粉,所制粉体呈近似球形,具有高纯度、单分散、颗粒均匀等特性。反应过程包括溶质的溶解、晶核形成和晶粒长大等步骤。应用多元醇还原法可制备微米级和亚微米级铁、钴。 The iron,cobalt and Fe Co alloy powders of micrometer size range were prepared by polyols reducing method. The powders are of similar sphericity, of high purity, monodisperse and homogeneous. It is included in the reaction process that solutes are disolved, nucleations are formed and crystalline grains are grown. The iron, cobalt,nickel and their alloy magnetic particles in micrometer and submicrometer size range can be also prepared by polyols reducing method.
